Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the My Private Glamour website. We do not collect personal information unless you join the site. When you join the site your personal data is collected by at our registered credit card processing agents, Verotel, Inc. or B-H-E Bill. This information is maintained by the registered agent and is accessible by PGG through the merchant but is not recorded or stored by us in any form in any place.

The types of personal information collected when you join are:

Name
Address
Email address
Phone number
Credit/Debit Card Information (number, expiration)

You may also be asked to create a username and password, or one may be created for you by the credit card processor.

Resellers:
We offer webmasters the opportunity to become resellers of PGG memberships. Reseller commissions are processed through Verotel, Inc. The same types of information and security precautions taken for individual memberships apply to reseller transactions.

Mailing List:
On other pages we invite you to submit your email address directly to PGG for us to use to send occasional newsletters or other information. We process email sign-ups with commercial software that allows you to add or delete your email address at any time. Changes you make are instantaneous.

Your Email Address:
If you contact us or a model who has an address at the PGG domain (such as "sharon@myprivateglamour.com") we will use your return email addresses to respond, but your address is never used for any other purpose and is not recorded or shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we do not allow users under 18 to access our site. We encourage parents to use software to block access to our site on computers which are accessible to children. When these software vendors offer services to list adult sites, we subscribe to them and voluntarily list PGG as a source of adult content that may be blocked.

Naturally we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18.

SPAM and Abusive Practices
This site contains no popup advertising, and once you exit, no new persistent windows pop up either.

We present banners for our models or future models and for certain clothing companies and related merchandisers. However, we remove any links that appear abusive (with pop-ups, spam, or persistent windows).

How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by contacting the registered agent with whom you enrolled or by writing to webmaster@myprivateglamour.com. We will retrieve your information from B-H-E Bill or Paycom or CCBill or Verotel, as appropriate.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
